The third annual Kids Against Hunger Bowl-A-Thon is quickly approaching, and we couldn't be more excited! This year the bowl-a-thon will he held at the Wow! Zone in Mankato, Minnesota on Friday, May 14th, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Kids Against Hunger is a non-profit organization with the mission to significantly reduce the number of hungry children in the U.S. and to feed starving children throughout the world. Every dollar we raise feeds another four kids!
Our aim in 2010 is to host 40 teams of five or six people. To help us reach our goal of feeding 100,000 kids, we encourage each bowler to raise a minimum of $100. The deadline for team signup and payment is April 30, 2010. There are three participation options for you to choose from:
1. $150 to participate in the bowl-a-thon included bowling and equipment rental for your team. In the case that your company/group chooses to have multiple teams, each additional team will cost $50.
* Time slots are 6:00 -7:30, 8:00 - 9:30 and 10:00 - 11:30
2. $250 your company/group can be a lane sponsor where your company/group name will be displayed on the score screens during the event (See sponsorship signup form for more information)
3. $1,000 your company/group will be an Event Sponsor with name recognition on all print and radio advertising for the event. (See sponsorship signup form for more information)
This year we are offering group packaging sessions at Kids Against Hunger if your total company/group team contribution level is $1,500.
Any company/group team that raises over $1,000 will qualify for a drawing of four lanes in the Wow! Zone VIP room.
The annual Kids Against Hunger Bowl-A-Thon is a fun and worthwhile cause, but it couldn't happen without the generous donations of local businesses and groups. Please help make this event a great success! Thank you for your consideration.
